Guangdong Guansheng New Materials Co., LTD., the parent company of Guansheng Group, was established in 2001, with its headquarters located in Lecong, Shunde, the industrial hinterland of the Pearl River Delta. In 2007, the group established a large-scale production base, Guangdong Tianjin New Materials Co., LTD., in Gaoming. In 2014, a plasticizer production base, Foshan Guansheng Chemical Co., LTD., was established in Sanshui. In 2017, the group established a testing center in Gaotian Mingjin and obtained the national CNAS laboratory certification. In 2023, a large-scale production base, Anqing Tianjin Plastic Co., LTD., was established in Anhui Province.
The total area of the four major factories under the group exceeds 400 mu. Among them, the annual output of non-toxic plasticizers exceeds 150,000 tons, that of PVC films is nearly 100,000 tons, that of decorative films is over 50,000 tons, that of mesh fabrics is nearly 3 million square meters, and that of drawn mesh fabrics is over 5 million square meters
